The year was 1981. It was the vision of Ms. Hattie Alexander and the members of Delta Theta Zeta Mobile Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to reach collegiate young women with high aspirations and the desire to follow the ideals of Finer Womanhood. Out of many interested young ladies, only a few were chosen to represent the Ladies of the Dove.
